Meet Scotty Black
Known to many as “Scotty the Bartender,” Scott Black has spent decades listening to, working with, and serving the people of New Hampshire. Voted NH’s Best Bartender in 2018, Scott’s deep work ethic was shaped by his upbringing by a single mother in Twin Mountain, teaching him that nothing is achieved without hard work and determination.
After earning a Marketing degree from Plymouth State College and starting a family here, Scott decided to give back to the state that raised him. Currently serving as a Town Selectman in Whitefield, he has focused on fixing local infrastructure and driving community priorities. Now, Scott is running for Congress—not for political ambition, but to build a better future for his neighbors, his family, and the communities he loves.
